Campillos
Campillos is a vigorous grower of the curled type. This variety is most suitable for early winter production in those areas where a mild winter is present (Mediterranean conditions). Campillos can survive some degrees of night frost, but not to severe winter conditions. Variety has strong bolting tolerance. The head is dense and gives a fine leave structure and can be used both for fresh as for industry for mixed salad purposes.
