Ingredients
  • cabbage leaf blanched (5 snacks per square leaf)
  • 100 g smoked chicken cubes
  • 1 fine cut spring onion
  • 40 g apple cubes
  • 10 g pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraiche
  • salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and spread it over the cabbage leaf. Roll up the cabbage leaf with cling-film. Refrigerate for a while and then cut diagonally the wrap into pieces and serve.

as salad with pineapple

Ingredients
  • ½ thinly sliced white cabbage
  • ¼ fresh pineapple
  • 40 grams pine nuts
  • ¼ bunch fresh basil
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Pepper and salt
Preparation

Mix the finely sliced cabbage with the diced pineapple. Roast the pine nuts in an oven preheated to 170°C and allow them to cool. Add the mayonnaise, chopped basil and the cooled pine nuts to the salad, carefully mix the salad and season with salt and pepper.

with tomato

Ingredients
  • cabbage leaf blanched (5 snacks per square leaf)
  • Herbed cream cheese
  • Rocket
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Black olives
Preparation

Take square leaves from the cabbage and briefly blanch. Drain the cabbage leaves. Cover with the cream cheese. Cut the sundried tomatoes into pieces and the olives into rings. Put the rocket, sundried tomatoes and olives on the cabbage leaf. Roll the cabbage leaf carefully with the filling. Set in refrigerator. Once set, cut into small pieces.

Coolwrap® stays crisp and fresh. It has a high nutritional value and is suitable for a gluten free diet. The square leaves can also be easily cut with a knife.
