Swede

Swedes are part of the Brassica family and are known as a typical winter vegetable. Swedes are round, edible root vegetables with a rough skin. The yellow, ‘flesh’ has a creamy and particularly aromatic flavour. Swedes taste fabulous boiled, braised and mashed.
